Elevator Pitch No. 1

This is more of an idea than an actual product, since it already has been created. But, every day there is a car theft every 46 seconds in the United States. I would like to incorporate the aftermarket steering wheel quick release to cars right off the lot. In hopes that it will deter car theft in the United States.

  3. William, I like your quick-release idea of how the steering wheel will only work on a personal car, which would in turn deter thieves. I sense your passion but I feel like if you acted more passionate about your product investors might be more interested, since this is an elevator pitch of your product or idea. Overall, I think this product would help the theft of cars in the United States and I like how you backed up your information with facts. If you want to check out my pitch you can below:

  4. William, first of all, great idea. I love the thought and I actually think this could be a big revolution in car production. The obviously downfall is that it's very inconvenient to carry a steering wheel around with you, but since you came up with this idea, I'm sure you'll be able to think of a more practical approach. Keep up the great ideas like this and you'll be big some day!

  5. Hi William! I think you have a great service concept! I happen to own an Accord myself and have always been afraid of walking out one day and it not being there. I know manufacturers are trying to come up with better theft deterrent ideas but this one tops the list in my opinion. Obviously it's not convenient to just pop your steering wheel off whenever you go in a store or restaurant, but it would definitely be convenient for when you have to leave it in a hotel parking lot or even at home if you can't park in the garage. Great idea!

  6. Hey William, that is a innovative take on suppressing car thievery. I think it is something that could be innovated into cars, and I am surprised it hasn't already. It would definitely stop a car thief. I also liked your elevator speech. Backing up things with facts make for a more concrete pitch.
